RED GULCH DINOSAUR TRACKSITE
- See
footprints of three-toed dinosaurs that are at least 165 million years old. Take
Highway 14 East of Greybull to the Red Gulch/Alkali National Back Country Byway. The
site is approximately 5 miles south on the byway.
MEDICINE
WHEEL - Hike to the ancient sacred and ceremonial site built
approximately 200 years ago by indigenous Native Americans. Follow
Highway 14 East and take alternate route 14A toward Lovell.
CHIMNEY ROCK
- See a landmark formed
from red Chugwater sandstone that looks similar to a chimney while on your way to the
Shell Canyon on Highway 14.
